Rowallane Community Hub was open today from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm for a marathon hexagon sewing session for the NI Big Sock world record attempt. Twenty people called in during the day and completed a grand total of 550 hexagons!

Sewing sessions will take place throughtout Northern Ireland over the coming months, including Craft Month at the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum, Cultra.
